Strengths, Gifts and Experiences Survey

Hunters Glen is a body of believers with a variety of gifts, experiences and abilities. We believe that God has uniquely crafted each person in the body to strengthen it and to bring glory to Himself. We are asking each member to complete this survey to enable you to define your gifts, experiences and abilities. The Lead Ministry Team and church staff will use the information to build our ministry teams and other areas of service in the church.
This year, we are asking each individual to also complete a spiritual gift assessment and indicate your top three areas of giftedness below. This will help us as we consider the right fit for your area of service. You may access the spiritual gift assessment in two ways. Click here to utilize it in an Excel format. Surveys are due by April 13th. Recruitment for many areas of service occurs in the approaching summer months. As a reminder, completing this survey does not guarantee a specific place of service. Staff and the Lead Ministry Team prayerfully consider each submission and seek to balance the teams by representing different age groups, both genders, and the passions and experiences of the ministry team members, along with the needs of the team.
