We have had a great week at VBS this week. Thank you Beth and all of our amazing volunteers for helping children learn what it means to follow Jesus. Pray for the Holy Spirit to continue to move in the life of our kids and families. Join us tomorrow night for Family Night from 6 - 8pm. Thank you church family for investing in kids!
I am excited to announce that the Personnel team unanimously recommends Jana Gorz to be our next Children’s Minister. Jana and her husband Brad will be with us the weekend of July 21-23. Jana has a strong background in preschool and children’s ministry and holds both her bachelors and masters degrees from Texas Baptist Universities. She currently serves at Parkway Church in Pearland, TX. The list of weekend activities is below. Make plans to attend one of these gatherings.
Friday, July 21 / 6 - 8 pm - Come and go meet and greet for families with children and children’s ministry volunteers (Fellowship Hall)
Saturday, July 22 / 10 am - noon - Come and go meet and greet church wide (Fellowship Hall)
Sunday, July 23 / 9:30 & 11 am services - Jana will share her testimony and church will vote following each service. Results announced after 11:00 service.
